I want to know output LOW voltage of LPC11U24

I want to know output LOW voltage of LPC11U24 ,especially of PWM. I read the datasheet but I couldn't find it.

From datasheet:

VOL LOW-level output
voltage
2.0 V  VDD  3.6 V; IOL = 4 mA - - 0.4 V
1.8 V  VDD < 2.0 V; IOL = 3 mA - - 0.4 V

(Yeah it is crappy layout, but conclusion is 0.4V max for 4mA current sinked. With less current it is obviously lower). Short circuit current is 50mA (so output low which is connected to Vdd = 3.3V)

So as very course estimate you can say it is equivalent to a 100 Ohm resistor to ground.
