nrf51-DK fail.txt "TIMEOUT"
I am using my nrf51-DK with mBed for prototyping. I noticed recently, that the DK had stopped broadcasting a BLE service, so I followed [instructions](https://developer.mbed.org/platforms/Nordic-nRF51-DK/) to update the firmware in the hope to reset anything that was broken when I noticed the file:
fail.txt
had appeared on the mBed drive, this file just reads:
TIMEOUT
What is wrong and how can I fix this / debug it?

Did you find a solution to this? I have run into the same problem.
