Hi Ram,
That page you posted has a good example.
Also, be sure to checkout the API documentation for the PN532 library here: https://developer.mbed.org/teams/components/code/PN532/docs/tip/
If you're still having trouble, you can look at this instructable: http://www.instructables.com/id/DIY-Fingerprint-Scanning-Garage-Door-Opener/
The instructable is for Arduino, but most of the ideas are transferable to mbed (except for copying and pasting the code).
