does mDot_AT_firmware is open source?

Hi, Does mDot_AT_firmware is fully open source? as i can not find the source codes of AT firmware in MltiTech git or here, just a lib file in mBed Thank you

i want try the mDot_at_firmware on my Nucleo-F411RE https://developer.mbed.org/platforms/ST-Nucleo-F411RE/ but if i compile that mDot_at_firmware i got some XBEE pins error, but change platform to mDot it can compiled. so, i think there are some different in that mdotlib, then i want check the source codes of mDot_AT_Firmware, but i ddidn't found it.
