NUCLEO-F103RB 5v output

Hi,how do I get a 5v output from my nucleo board and then how do I also get a an input of power?

And also how do I input a continuous stream of pwm signals but not just one signal I would be using 4 input signals via one cable would I have to use cppm? And then how would I output that into separate wires again?
