what code i need for Arduino?
I could not connect the card EA Cellular and Positioning Shield to my Arduino Uno device , someone can help me with the code or scheme , please.

Uhm, this site is about ARM devices only. We don't speak Arduino.. Having said that, you should be able to port most of the C/C++ code for components to another platform. The mbed lib calls for I2C, SPI, Serial etc will all need to be adapted of course.
