Nucleo board binary download dialog box does not appear.
I compiled a demo for my nucleo on a windows 8.1 laptop (all drivers updated as requested during installation), but upon successful project compilation, the dialog box prompting to download to the binary output to the nucleo board never appeared. Can this be fixed?
