NUCLEO-F401RE serial drivers not working. "the drivers cannot be installed, no microcotroller found"

Hi guys, I am trying to use serial communication,also trying to install the serial communication drivers from mbed website. My controller is properly connected as well as detected by my PC, but I am unable to install drivers as it says the microcontroller not found.

You need to use the STLink drivers (follow the firmware upgrade process linked somewhere on the platform page).

Thanks Erik!

I can work with serial terminal, but we need not to install other serial drivers on the mbed website, as it says we must. It will pop up the same message again.
