online Compiler doesn't work in internet explorer or chrome on windows 8.1

Hi all, I just got a new yoga 2 ultra book and tried to get on to the online compiler with both I.E. and chrome. In both cases many buttons are disabled I and the tree-view in. the left will not expand to show any projects. The Startup view with help viewer shows to text. Anyone else having trouble?

Hi,

Try to remove the Lenovo Superfish adware, You can find the removal tool searching by "superfish uninstall" in Lenovo website.

It works for me.

I've been using this for months with mbed online compiler:

  • Yoga 2 13 ultrabook (I really like, except minor irritation of no physical bump on mouse pad from mouse buttons)
  • Win8.1
  • IE11
  • Chome(Version 40.0.2214.94 m)

Over the months I've had only a few glitches, and those cured by exiting and restarting browser.

  • Suggest you try a clean boot, and go directly to mbed, nothing else.
  • Might be a clash with a translator or regional setting?
