about u-blox C027 download program

My computer can connect with the u-blox C027 ,the program on the platform of mbed can compiled successful,but I can not download the .bin file to u-blox C027,it is failure.Why? When I delete the file ".fseventsd",the program can download ,but the program can not run correctly.Why?

It is "BAD EXTENSION FILE" in the fail.txt file .
