swd error in lpc 1768

I have lpc 1768 mc and while loading a programs in it,it gets converted to fail.txt file and shows swd error.So is their any problems related to swd pins or is their any high/low issues in the reset pin.I have also loaded program by pressing the reset switch but it results the same.So what steps should i take?

Can you update to the latest revision of the firmware?

Thanks for your reply.I have latest updated firmware version but still the problems persists.

Hi,

Try to use cmsis-dap directly, via IDE like uVision or IAR. Or give a try with openOCD or pyOCD, to see if they can establish communication and flash the device
