USB Host for frdm-kl25z

Hi everybody,

I'm new to the FRDM-KL25Z board and I have to use it as USB Host for a keyboard. Unfortunately, the USB Host example like BlueUSB are made for LPC-based boards.

Could you please tell me if there is a library for my device or if there is a way to make the blue USB library work with it.

Hi Stephane,

At the moment there is no plan to have a USB host for the kl25z. Mainly because the chip does not implement the OHCI specification. It could be a future development but not in the near future.

Well, yes and no. USB OTG permits it, but you have to do a bit of work to acheive it on the FRDM-KL25Z. The RevE boards can be configured natively with enough power to drive it. See these posts:
