Serial Port Access
Hi, Just got one of the boards and have updated the firmware to support mbed. Can create and download programs, but I do not see the USB serial port device appearing on Device Manager? How do I get the board to support serial port function? Regards Phil.

Hi Phil, is you are using windows follow the instructions on this link to install the mbed serial driver so you can see the device on the device manager:

Hi, Thanks for that, I thought I had installed the drivers before because I already have a LPC1768. I am using Windows on a Mac, it was being detected as a serial device under the Mac, now I have installed the Windows driver all ok. Thanks Phil.
