While compiling a program, it is asking for adding a device,

I downloaded hello world program for NXP LPC1768. While try to compile, it is asking for adding a device. I followed all steps to add the device. But still it is asking for adding the device. I installed mbed exe file as I am using windows 7. But still the same problem. Even while I try to select device from top-right corner of compiler window, I did not find the device there in the list. It seems to me that, the device is not added, though I tried several times to add it. Here to mention that, while I connect my device with my USB drive, the light of the device comes on. And, also, while I saven a halloWorld.bin file in my mbed flash drive, the led light of the device flashed. But, cannot compile any program as I cannot add any device.
