Is this one of your products?
I recently purchased a "YW Robot - LCM1602 11C Shield V1" unfortunately on unpacking it I found it had no supporting paperwork. On trawling the web i found several sites but none of the shields shown looked remotely like the item I have. The item I have is a 4 x 20 display soldered directly onto the shield PCB, which has six push switches, labeled RST. LEFT, DOWN, UP, RIGHT and SELECT. I think one of the components may also be an LED. It has a full set of Pins but not headers. Is this product yours, if so do you have a data sheet or pin out details for it?
