how to declare digitalinout in code.when error comes like Error: No instance of constructor "mbed::DigitalInOut::DigitalInOut" matches the argument list in "main.cpp", Line: 8, Col: 65

If you get an error that you use the wrong arguments in your constructor, we really can't help you without knowing which code you are using. Obviously not the standard code to make a DigitalInOut, because then it would wokr.
