New KL25Z boards and when download programs get 'NOT CONSECUTIVE SECTORS' fail message.

I have tried 4 new MBed boards:

- Update bootloader - Update Firmware - Download program (i.e. just blinky)

and then when load get a fail message: NOT CONSECUTIVE SECTORS

I have repeatedly tried this with no success...

What am I doing wrong and how can I fix?

Which OS are you using to update the firmware? Unless they finally started shipping with new bootloader you need a windows 7 or earlier PC (or 8.0, if anyone still uses that).

Using XP/Win 7 for the bootloader & firmware, then using Win 8 for downloading code, but also tried on Win 7 with no success...
