Pin mapping and peripheral usage
Are all the modules available or only the ones marked on the pin mapping diagram? By this I mean can I use I2C-0 on pins PTB0 and PTB1 as the reference manual would suggest or since the pin mapping diagram does not show this these pins can not be used for I2C, the same would apply for SPI on different pins (PTC5, PTC6, PTC7)?

All are (should be) available. The diagram does not show all options (actually most aren't shown).
