Error message compiler with ARCH GPRS V" platforms (us_ticker_read)

I have included this library in my project and get this message when compiling:

Error: Identifier "us_ticker_read" is undefined in "GPRSInterface/GPRS/GPRS.cpp", Line: 153, Col: 21
