Issue exporting to iar for target STM32F411RE

Got a dialog box with Error: "Unable to export for this target. Please contact support". Target is NUCLEO-F411RE. The code is from standard template "Nucleo_blink_led". I right-clicked on the program "Nucleo_blink_led_F411" -> "Export Program" -> after a a minute or so, got the above error message.

I am experiencing same problem, but my board is nucleo L152RE
