Change configuration descriptions from EEPROM

Greetings,

I'm trying to configure my devices to have the USB Serial Number String Descriptor change for each device I select. I see where to make the hard-coded changes, but this will not allow different values. (It's possible to have a second adapter with similar features to use a different USB iProduct string).

I would also like to hold the VID and PID in an external EEPROM and initialize them after reading the desired values.
