please help!!

my FRDM KL25Z can't start it says in status programming??

Are you uploading the firmware? Are you using a mac/linux computer? I had the same problem when using a mac. If that's the case, consider uploading the firmware using a windows 7 computer.

i have another problem when i copied and paste the file to the FRDM KL25Z, then i unplug and plugged it apears the bootloader again without holding the reset buttom
