ADC_UARTConsole delay problem

Hi,

I want to read 10 bit three analog signal and send it over BLE_UART, i see the example ADC_UARTConsole and add some code on it to do this and program it into RBL BLE_NANO module, it works fine, but there is a time delay after pairing (about 30 second) and then it begin sending the data. Is this delay normal ?. When i use the original example it is work fine.
