LPC1114FN28 not working

I'm trying to install mbed with the instructions available at the Getting Started part but after power cycling the device it doesn't recognizes the USB if I don't keep the ISP button pressed, does anyone faced this problem ?

Also, in Windows the device shows as LPC1XXX IFLASH and I can't find any drivers for it to work.

Actually I was able to fix the problem, however, these instructions in this page are wrong, specially the one using the "dd" command to overwrite the firmware file, it first remove it and then creates using "nocreat" flag, so it doesn't makes sense.
