How to program Absolute binary synchro-serial interface (SSI) via Half-Duplex RS-485
Hello all
My problem is when I send the clock signal to RM22S encoder I didn’t get any respond from the RS-485 transceiver. I am using SP3485 Half-Duplex RS-485 chip The clock has 13 Bit resolution 4Mhz clock when I work with mode 2. When I send a signal on clock I don't get any respond from RS-485 transceiver. What I understand is that after I send signal clock to pin6 of SP3485 I suppose to get respond on the same pin after some delay. What could be the problem? Thank you,
