High drive mode.

Note that:

Eight GPIO pins support a high drive capability - PTB0, PTB1, PTD4, PTD5, PTD6, PTD7, PTC3, and PTC4

Current is then 20 mA per pin (100 mA total). Presumably it is disabled by default. Details of how to enable it are in the reference manual.
