Search on developer.mbed.org not working as expected

In the compiler; when trying to search for a program; I previously used a search tag "RenBuggy"; this is a project which Renishaw is rolling out to schools; previously, applying the search term found only the results which were tagged; however, when I try and search for programs tagged with RenBuggy; I am getting many programs being returned, this is making it very difficult to identify the correct program required.

Has something changed with Search which is resulting in far too many search hits being returned? Are there plans to revert the functionality?

Many thanks

Jon

Hi Jon,

We'll investigate this. In the meantime the search on the main website seems to return relevant result when searching for "renbuggy" so I suggest you use that and then from the program pages you can use the "import this program" button to import it into the compiler.

Hi Steve,

Many thanks for looking at this; the main website search does provide relevant answers; but for some reason, it is not providing the full set of programs we have published...

http://developer.mbed.org/teams/Renishaw/code/

One particular example is RenBuggy_Figure_Of_Eight which is our initial training code; this does not seem to feature as a result when the search term is issued. Have we submitted the code correctly?

Hope this isn't too much of a problem to fix.

Jon

RenBuggy_Figure_of_Eight is a fork of RenBuggy_Timed_Programme. By default forks are not shown in search results, as otherwise it can mean there are many duplicates for some popular libraries. If you click on show forks, the program will show up.
