Element identification of broken element on mbed 1768 board
Removing module from breadboard I have broken element marked by red ellipse on attached picture. Could anyone be so kind and tell what is Id of this element on http://developer.mbed.org/media/uploads/chris/mbed-005.1.pdf schematic?

That is D4, BAT60A schottky diode.
You can see page 2/5 of the PDF file.
It comes from PIN3(VB), VBAT to VBATTERY(CPU,LPC1768 pin19, page 3/5 left bottom).
