Best free offline compiler
Wondering if there's any community consensus on the current (Q3 2014) best free offline compiler, debugger & IDE toolset to use with the mbed framework. I’m probably more inclined towards lighter weight IDEs rather than Eclipse based ones unless there’s other compelling reasons in favour of an Eclipse one
