Downloading the right versin

Hello

I wanted to download a working version of CMSIS RTOS and so I created a project using it and exported it to my harddrive. Building it online worked fine. Building with the files on my harddrive gave issues. Due to this issues and to a previous experience, I have the notion that the files used on the online compile and the files being exported to my harddrive are not the same.

Is there a safe way to download the newest files of CMSIS RTOS ?

Addition: For example some of the files include "mbed_error.h" which is to be found ..... nowhere

the project is the same, it should build if it builds in the online version. Any more details? What project , what is the target, what toolchain?
