bootloader_util.h not found error in revision 311

Hi,

I get a compile the following compile error in revision 311.

"Error: Cannot open source input file "bootloader_util.h": No such file or directory in "mbed-src/targets/hal/TARGET_NORDIC/TARGET_MCU_NRF51822/Lib/bootloader_dfu/bootloader_util_arm.c", Line: 13, Col: 29"

Target is nRF51822 and HRM1017. Please check
