problem with mbed serial driver

i have installed the windows serial driver, its detecting the mbed as serial port but i am not able to load the program in mbed.

each time i try to open the drive the windows gives me error message as "unformated drive" and asking for formating.

i tryed formating it also but windows not able to format it.

please help me on this.
