Computer is not able to detect the MBED audio device

hi , when I run the USBAudio_HelloWorld program , and Connecting D+ D- and ground of the USB connector, I am getting Error for " USB Device Not Recognized" /media/uploads/chandra4020/usb_error.png

Make sure all your libraries are updated to latest version.
