about timer.read_us and timer.read()
how can make like this but with cmsis and standard periph stm32f4 without mbed
because i want port mbed code to my stm32f470vg

Look at mbed sources, either here as mbed-src library (use search functionality here or in the online compiler), or go to the github repository https://github.com/mbedmicro/mbed. us_ticker code file is the one of your interest and Timer c++ code file.
