GPIO voltage LPC11u24
Is there anyway to change the GPIO operating voltage of LPC11u24 from 3.3V to 5V. ( Looking for a configuration option in micro-controller without using an external transistor switch)

No, this cannot be higher than 3.3V (Well I2C can have pull-ups to 5V). But why do you need 5V? Most logic inputs accept 3.3V as logic high. And the inputs are 5V tolerant, so you may put 5V on them.
