My doubt is regarding the RTC(Real Time clock) initialization

I want to know the steps I need to follow ., when RTC is switched on /Intialized. As I may sometimes get Garbage or wrong values. Can anybody help me to over come the garbage values getting in RTC while initialization. Thanks in advance.

What target? How do you initialize the RTC? Share a code snippet with us.

Sorry martin. i am not into coding. Actually I just need some idea.,of how i can avoid the garbage values/wrong values of time when i initialized the RTC

Since there isn't even a target connected to your account: Are you using an mbed device at all?

RTC is inbuild in controller. controller is used to screen the continuous data and sending to the mobile through msg along with the EXACT TIME of reading.
