Updating KL25Z firmware

So I know this should be too hard, but I'm afraid I bricked my board. Can someone direct me to how to update the firmware on my KL25Z? I started it up with the reset button down and the BOOTLOADER drive showed up in Linux. I copied various files to the drive that I thought would update the firmware, but I'm not sure if I got the right one. I read somewhere I need to update first to one version because my firmware is less than 1.10. Than go to the SDA version. Anyway, I can still get the board to bring up the BOOTLOADER drive, but if I don't hold down reset the 'normal' drive doesn't show up anymore, and I can't get the 'mbed' drive to show up either. Thanks.

Board Name is: FRDM-KL25Z MicroBoot Kernel Version is: 1.05 Bootloader Version is: 1.09 Application Version is: 0.00

Sorry, figured it out. Just needed to do from windows.
