Mbed and OV7670 for barcode reader ?
Hi, I would like to build a barcode reader with a mbed and a cmos camera OV7670 from omnivision. A profesional barcode reader costs about $250 and I found that some of them use ARM 32 Bits.
The idea is take picture continuously and apply image processing for each picture.
I'm afraid my barcode scanner to be very slow. What do you think about it ?
