The SocketModem Shield board will be available very soon at two distributors that I'm sure you know very well. We will make sure to announce the release here as soon as it is completed!

Best they could tell me is that the SocketModem Shield with the AT&T HSPA+ Intelligent Cellular Modem would go for somewhere between $150 - $200. But don't hold me to it :)
