Eclipse for ARM plugin?

I am trying to install the Eclipse for ARM plugin and get a error about a missing dependency?

Cannot satisfy dependency: From: GNU ARM C/C++ STM32Fx project templates 1.1.1.201310301732 (ilg.gnuarmeclipse.templates.stm.feature.group 1.1.1.201310301732) To: ilg.gnuarmeclipse.templates.stm [1.1.1.201310301732]

Any ideas?

Using Windows 7 32bit, Eclipse Juno (3.8.4)
