Online editor issue with Firefox v25.0?

I've be running the mBed online editor in Firefox v24 without issue. Firefox just updated to v25.

With FF v25, when entering a literal '/' in the editor window, the '/' character is not displayed. I tried the same thing running in IE 10 and it works fine.

This makes it difficult to enter comments

// comment...
/* comment... */

or a literal '/' with FF v25. The Ctrl-/ shortcut does work properly. This may possibly be a conflict with FF using the '/' key as a shortcut for Quick Find? Has anyone else run into this issue?

I tested this on 2 different PC's with the same results. I'm running Win 7 Home.

Hi, David G.

Same issue here, but as a workaround your slash symbol works with your numeric keypad's divider symbol.

Thanks Gyozo, works a treat. Now my main problem is trying to remember it.

cheers

Yes, thanks for the workaround. Hopefully, mBed developers are aware of the issue and looking into a permanent solution.
