tera term selecting serial port error

i'm using teraterm 4.79 but i'm not selecting serial after clicking ctrl+N

therefore i didn't do terminal example.in device manager mbed appears usb drive.there isn't any com port.how do i solve this problem ?

There are a few troubleshooting tips there too that may help.
