DDR2 can't work
we manufactured one pcb.the processor is AT91SAM9M10-CU,DDR2 is MT47H64M8CF-25E:G TR.now after assemblied,the processor is working well.all the output voltage is right follow the schametic.so any people has experience on projects like this. thanks in advance

Hi Andy,
I'm not sure what your question is, and I don't see how this is related to mbed as this is an Atmel processor! Anyway, I would check your track impedances and propagation delays are in spec. for the device according to the datasheet. In future can you keep questions mbed related?

Hi Martin, because this processor is Arm9,so i think maybe here i can get some help.in fact i am not good at development job. i make pcbs and assembly job for customers.now customer meet this questions and ask me to work together to handle the questions.so i ask for help.anyway,many thanks for ur attention.
