What are the resistances of the DigitalIn pins p15-p20 Mbed LXP1768

Hi Guys

Please what are the resistances of the digitalIn pins (p15-p20) on Mbed LXP1768? How will one measure these resistances?.

The typical input current is 0.5nA. So the input resistance is pretty close to infinity.
