resistor for lpc11u24
it is mentioned in handbook for USBHostMSD
The USB Host connector should be attached to
p31 (D+), p32 (D-) and GND for the LPC1768 add two 15k resistors tied to GND on D+ and D-
is the same applies for lpc11u24 also?

The LPC11U24 has no USB host options, only USB device. USB devices have other requirements (a transistor that can pull a line low afaik, it should be built into the mbed).
