Board with KL26?

I like the architecture and low price of the KL25Z, but I'm working on a project that needs an I2S peripheral. The datasheet for this MCU indicates that the KLx6 chips do have one. I see a part number on Mouser for a FRDM-KL26Z; is this the new mbed board I'm looking for? If so, when will it be added to the site?

I have those two boards and KL26Z do have I2S for audio applications. Hope MBED will add KL26Z due to Freescale's recommendation to upgrade from existing users of KL25Z.

Can we use I2S Library with KL26 or KL46 ? Regards

Hello,

KL26 has I2S module. I will add this board to mbed ;)

It seems now FSL has a "standard" pinout on KL26/KL46/K64 I2S interface. Maybe a I2S audio shield is required.
