No 'select other' link in juno 4.2
Hi,
I am very fascinated of the mbed online environment, but I'd like to compile and debug locally. For this, the above description (https://mbed.org/cookbook/eclipse-for-building-and-debugging) is very good. I went through the descripton sucessfully until the point
'At the bottom of this dialog, there is a link named Select other.... Click it to pop up the Select Preferred Launcher dialog.'
I have no such link in the respective dialog in eclipse juno 4.2...(Ubuntu Linux 13.04). How do I select the preferred launcher? When starting the debug with the given configuration, the launch progress hangs at 96%. Has anyboy had a similar experience?
Best reegards, Thomas

I figured out my errors for myself:
I had already the standard edition of the Eclipse Juno 4.2 installed, so I thought I could start with this. But one really needs the C++ edition. I downloaded it today and got the missing link in the Debugger setup dialog box.
and voilà, it works :-)
A big thanks for the authors of the set-up description !!!!
