Newer revisions of the BLE related examples do not work on the MAX32630FTHR board

Hi there,
It seems one needs to downgrade the BLE related examples to the revision dated 14 Dec 2018 to get them work again on this board. After that downgrade of the main.cpp file one can update mbed-os even to 5.14.0 and the example will still work. So it seems the issue is caused by the code revision of the main.cpp and not with mbed-os updates. That means ble examples might need another code revision taking also this board into consideration.
