According to this PTD1 (D13) is tied to LED1. This is NOT true; it's supposed to be LED3. The pinnames section of the wiki shows the correct pinnames (PTD1 is tied to LED_BLUE, originally named LED3).

Ran into an issue where I was trying to use the SPI pins in the above image with the onboard LEDs, and thought that I would be fine if I didn't use LED1. (This may have been mentioned before by someone, but I didn't find any mention of this with a brief cursory search)

I think that the PTA1,PTA2 pins are also labelled backwards too..check the back of the board itself.
