Mbed --> Optocoupler --> 5V DC Relay

My requirements are simple.

I would like to drive a 5V DC relay using the MBED Microcontroller.

I would like to do this using an optocoupler.

Please can someone tell me exactly what optocoupler to buy.

Hi David

The SFH615 is the most basic optocoupler on the market and should do the job as long as its not to high a switching frequency.
